Membership
Up one level
The members of the ETP are stakeholder organisations
in the field of Nanomedicine including large industry, SMEs,
industrial associations, research institutions, academia, hospitals and
others. The first members of the working groups were proposed
during the 2005 Eindhoven meeting. Further members have been accepted
after the opening of the platform in January 2006.
Each member organisation is represented by its officially appointed representative. A list of current member organisations is available here.

To apply for membership in the ETP please click the link below and follow the described procedure:

Membership proccess:
- Click on the link above or below
- Fill in your personal data
- Fill in your institution's data

- select your institution from the list if your institution is already member of the ETP or
- choose “New institution” and fill in your address if your institution is not yet member of the ETP.
- Old members have to register as "New institution" as well. The
evaluation proccess will be omitted.
- Choose your username and a password
- If you selected "New institution":
- Fill in a short description / CV of your institution
- Complete the necessary contact and billing data by filling the
required fields.
- Click "Next" 2 times
- Insert Billing data if different from the institution address.
- Click "Save"
You are now registered as the manager/responsible* for this institution.
- Fill in a short description / CV of your institution
- Optional: Add further members

- Confirmation

- Once the Executive Board of the ETP Nanomedicine has checked and
confirmed your application you will receive a notification.
- All already accepted members of the ETP will be granted access without re-evaluation by the ExBo.
- Representatives of an institution will now be able to add
substitutes for their institutions as well as accept further
members.
- Once the Executive Board of the ETP Nanomedicine has checked and
confirmed your application you will receive a notification.
- Payment
- Once your institution has been accepted by the ExBo the secretariat
will send the "offer for the services of the secretariat".
- Please return a signed version of the fax-answer to the secretariat.
- As soon as we received the fax answer sheet the invoice for the
first year will be mailed.
- Once your institution has been accepted by the ExBo the secretariat

- Access
- You now have access to the internal area of the web portal.
- You will be able to download documents, upload files (in certain folders) and contribute on a variety of working group activites.
- Access is preliminary and is finally confirmed by payment of the
membership fee.

Membership fees per annum
as stated in the Terms of Reference
- Industry > 5,000 employees 20.000€
- Industry > 250 employees 10.000€
- SMEs 15 – 250 employees 1.500 €
- SMEs <15 employees 1.000 €
- Healthcare providers 1.000 €
- Academia, research centres and associations 500 €
*If you are the manager/responsible for your institution, you are the addressee for the invoice for the membership fee.
