Prof. Flavio Forni

Since 1990 Flavio Forni is full Professor of Pharmaceutical Technology  at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy). From 1997 to 2003, he was the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy

He was educated in Pharmacy (1973) and in Biological Science (1978). Professor Forni is active in collaborations with national and international research centers where some of his students spent periods of study. He is member of various societies interested at pharmaceutical technology in general or, specifically, at controlled release and biopharmaceutical problems. He served as a Referee for various national and international Journals and was chairman in national and international Meetings. He was Principal Investigator for different research projects financed by private or public companies.
