The webinar will explain how the three elements of the Nanomedicine Translation HUB - Translation Advisory Board (TAB), Characterisation Laboratory (EUNCL) and GMP pilot lines - complement each other and how research groups and SMEs can access and benefit from their services.

Nanomed HUB

The translation of any new medical invention into a final product is a highly regulated and complex process.

The members of the European Technology Platform Nanomedicine (ETPN) have analysed the process and formulated the concept of a Translation HUB consisting of three elements: a Translation Advisory Board (TAB), a Nanomedicine Characterisation Laboratory (EUNCL) and the set-up of GMP pilot lines. Based on this concept the European commission has launched the corresponding projects to support the translation of nanomedicines into the clinic.

The webinar will explain how these projects complement each other and how research groups and SMEs can access and benefit from their services.
