Current FP7-Calls for Nanomedicine
Up one levelIn July 2012 the European Commission published the final and biggest ever calls for proposals under FP7. In total, €8.1 billion is available to support projects and ideas that will boost Europe's competitiveness and tackle societal issues. the ETPN compiled the currently open calls relevant for the Nanomedicine Community.
Relevant topics for Nanomedicine called:
- Nanotherapeutics to treat bacterial infectious diseases
- Biomaterials for Advanced Therapies and Medical Devices in the neurological/neuromuscular or cardiovascular fields
- Biomaterials: Imaging and rapid precise prototyping technology for custom made scaffolds
- Drugs and vaccines for infections that have developed or are at risk of developing significant anti-microbial resistance
- Further development and validation in real settings of micro-nano-bio and bio-photonics systems
- Supporting industrial participation in EU-funded research in the Health sector
- Interactions between EU legislation and health research and/or innovation and the effects of its application and implementation on health research and/or innovation
- Investigator driven clinical trials for off-patent medicines using innovative, age appropriate formulations and/or delivery systems
